Thanks again, Liv2ski and U&D! Even if we didn't when, it was a fun ride. Personally, I'm kind of stoked that it went to somebody in AR. Most likely they can use the loot and this will be utterly life-changing for somebody out there. Good for them.

I'm beginning to think that municipalities are one of the biggest factors driving up housing prices more than all the typical factors we like to blame. LA being one of the most egregious and easy examples to pick on of course, but I've been dealing with it on some of the smaller fiefdoms all the same....

Funny how when WE go to the municipalities for zoning/permitting, they scrutinize us to the Nth degree. Gotta have EVERYTHING super ironed out for approvals. Oh, but when THEY forget oh, little things like that whole laundry list of items that article mentions, they be like "Woopsydoodle! My bad....
