I found a pair on closeout for $50 so I got them since I already had the batteries. Pretty thin, not as thin as the Race SET’s but thin enough for touring boots. The heating element is only under the toes and doesn’t wrap like the Race SET’s so we’ll see how that works out....Leave a comment:

No they did not. I did find out that they used the "Buddy Rhodes system," but I have no idea which sealer to use or how really, as online instructions are all over the place. I emailed Buddy but it's been crickets. And I have noticed that water is not beading like it used to so I need to get...Leave a comment:

I have concrete countertops that I wax every so often to keep them shiny and sealed. The floor of my shower appears to be the exact same material, am I supposed to be waxing that as well? The after still beads on it and it hasn’t been touched in 5 years....Leave a comment:

I went with the Thermic Sidas SET socks. Very thin, at least as thin as my thinnest ski socks. I have mild Reynauds and it's the only thing I've found that allows me to safely tour. With the Reynauds I wish I had a baseline, but I can get dangerously cold toes at 5 degrees or 25 degrees....Leave a comment:
