Chestnut was very nice today. A legit 6 inches of light and fluffy overnight. About 80 percent open. Everything but the farsside (backside terrain park) and Warpath. It all skied like perfect high mountain snow.

I heard about it in 2020 and it was all wrapped up, he had been able to effect change so this awful scenario wouldn't repeat. He was ready to move on with his life. So I think 6, 7, even 8 years ago would be right....

The misdiagnosed cancer was several years ago and, though a totally bonkers and horrible thing for him to have to go through, most likely completely unrelated to this.

This was apparently a totally different type of cancer (melanoma) that did not respond to treatment and spread extremly...
