What about a 191 Hoji? It’ll ski more like a 187 at -9 due to the -7 mount, ie. both have 102.5 cm of ski out front.
Similar radius, weight is right. More progressive ski, could be fun. Just a thought.. I might need to jump on my buddy’s pair for a lap..he hasn’t skied anything else for...

First day on new stock RX today; they good. The 32mR on the 189 (187.1) requires a pilot to remain stacked, one can’t simply ‘lean in’ to set the edge, but with that in mind, they railed soft snain groomers today. The new profile is money too, really clean off edge.

I’d focus on whatever color she likes best. Wife is on a similar setup with similar experience (not a ton) and loves the pink ones. I have the blue ones; they good too. Awesome you’re getting her out.
To TJs first point, my wife dislocated her patella on an icy kick turn pad in her first season...

Marshal, Are your 186 AM110s still a bit behind the line, think you said 101.25 from tip? Any desire to move em for us geri bari types? Initial reports sound promising. TIA bud.

Nice. I went to new stock CAST about a year ago (15 tours), and so far happy. New puck system fixed the mount/non-locking tech toe problem. The brake retainer hasn’t changed, but am getting along with it now. Happy for sure....

They have a fair bit of delta, but if that doesn’t bother you, they’re a solid binder. I broke a Shift, and a Shift 2, and had no issues with a PT12 for a couple seasons.

Agree with Arild Andreas. FL105 is a modern take on a traditional charger. My AM110 is still undrilled, but have a lot of time on its cousin, the R110 (same shape), and IMO, it’s a modern playful charger, that this traditionalist gets along with great. A little more progressive and slashy. Shifties...
