My cholesterol just keeps climbing. Was at 120 a year ago and now up to 170. I donate blood so have a reading every 8-12 weeks. It’s been a steady climb, I’ve even lost 10lbs or so over that year. I’m 40. WTF?

I also have self diagnosed Reynauds. Hands and feet will get numb while I am sweating everywhere else. Vapor liners help, I think the gloves especially so as they prevent your gloves from getting wet from sweat.
