Not sure I follow this. All Medigap plans will cover the same treatment. The differences are in the deductibles and the copays, and for N excess charges. Once deductibles are meet you will never get a situation of full payment for joint replacement on a G, but only partial payment on an N or a high...Leave a comment:

Technically No. N allows excess charges but G does not. So if you ignore the point about excess charges then yes premium and co pay are the biggest differences. And as mentioned in here excess charges are not so common.
