Surgery was March 4th. PT since then and my first 4 months didn't go well. Most of my improvements have come since August, when I figured out a hamstring problem (lots of notes up-thread).

I can't speak to the sleeve question, but I had my last PT session yesterday and I asked to hop into their Skiers Edge machine to test out the stability. I was pleasantly surprised on how good it felt. I made about 50 turns without pain or any thoughts about instability. I know it's not real skiing,...

The long ones over 75miles and 7-10k of climbing were a bitch. I ticked those off 2yrs ago while training for a bikepacking race. A few were 8hrs of riding in Z2.

I'm down to 17 left, but most are the new New York routes and a few leftover new ones in France. Good motivation to nab those...

Agree. My team came up short today, but it was a fun watch. The interception to TD was the big difference.
