Right, the way I read it was it was no or never on the acquisition. Should be a no brainer to add land that already is in use and acquire control of the land....

More, my understanding is pt16 is off a Jester heel, the 12 off a squire heel and the 13 might be a griffin heel. Toes are the same, but may have stronger springs for the 16.

Storm for this coming Wednesday is forecast to bomb out. The maritimes and the fishes likely will see the worst of it, but great to see a bomb cyclone. These systems bring the huge snowfalls to the northeast....

My impression was the opposite that if you caused an avalanche that rolled onto the piste and injured or killed somebody then you were very much on a legal hook. An impression so could be totally wrong.

I received an email that the half price pass sale ends 12/21. Michele at Mountain Lodge has discounted tickets too, but I am a bit fuzzy on the details so not sure if half price pass makes sense or not.
