With those 2 wall systems, what is the shower base? If fiberglass or acryclic, those get a bit dingy/nasty over time also. Personally, I think a well installed tiled shower with tiled shower pan is a lifetime product. I bring this up because you mentioned you are willing to pay to get a premium product....
