RE: The YC, mostly out of new lots for sale although a few are being "created". Now the move is either buy YC 1.0 and do a 10,000 sq ft addition or just tear the old one down and build bigger/newer. I made a lot of $$$ there but glad I no longer spend much time inside the gate.
