I need some skinny ski advice.

I've got a pair of 19/20 ZeroG 95s for PNW spring skiing that I don't love. They're a little too demanding and I don't really enjoy skiing them in anything other than perfect corn.

Thinking I want something with a shorter radius and softer tails...

Anybody using a benchtop drill press for mounting their own? What do you have and how do you like it?
