The folks at quiver killer recommend using vibratite for a thread locker over loctite as it is supposedly less corrosive to plastic binding parts....

6 out of 8 were sourced through mags so that’s cool. Yes, there is some hoarding going on but only for the skis I use the most. The HL C105s were a late season addition that I quite enjoyed and are much better at blasting through crud that the 0Gs.

Probably a hair under 17mm. Which would be a lot of filing… but structurally sound and doable. I’d probably drill out some holes and hacksaw to connect the dots.
