I've skied half a dozen+ days on the new pro boots both new and broken in(28 mondo demos). A little tight, new, fine when broken in.
Comps are supposed to be the same shell and liner so...wouldn't size up.

I found 6" or so of dense loose on the shady side above about 9500'.
Weather guess suggests 8" + or - form the late weekend...
