Dealing with a broken big toe the last few weeks so no jumping or even static lunges. But I’ve been doing squats, slrdl, monster walks w/ bands, single leg box step ups, variations of glute bridges. Looking forward to blasters.

Wife has a 23 Fuel EX with a Fox Float X. After a season and a half of riding she had the rear shock rebuilt and I did the lowers service on the Rythm 36. Now she says the bike to feels plush & planted. Shes running the same suspension settings and the bike is visibly using more travel.

Re reading this thread and posts like this one really speak to me. I find in most my ski boots that while I have room in a shell fit, my liners are too short for my big toe to lay flat. This can be tolerable for resort boots, but it doesn't work for touring.

My foot is 274 mm. Low volume...

Acer saccharum - Sugar maple is what maple syrup is made from. Super cool hardwood tree, and superior to the ornamental maples often used in landscaping.
