Hi Yall! I have a more detailed email coming on the AM110 vs AM118 vs HB122, but the main takeaway is...
(1) the AM110 is really more of a fat daily driver
(2) the AM118 is a powder day / up to a few days after ski, optimized for monster trucking soft cut up snow, and has a much...

Line launch email is coming out in about an hour and a half! Should connect the dots. But indeed, the UT110 replaces the BC110 and is essentially the am110 shape in a full carbon build. been skiing it all of last spring and this fall. It’s really really good, imo.
And always down...Leave a comment:

a cell phone app that unlocks plaid mode for your skis, and is only $50 per month would be sign of end times indeed!...Leave a comment:

v2 is all that and a bag of chips. No changes for 2026 or well... really envisioned anytime in the future, lolLeave a comment:

All very valid! I’m with you about that importance 100%. I’d add that Blister does a very good job IMO at discussing the importance on much of this too.
Can’t really speak to other brands, and not about me at all (other than being tagged in The OP!) but I am totally down to go as...Leave a comment:

Digesting! I think I am stuck on the idea of charging more NOT to own something. I just don't see that as a viable concept commercially. For example, leasing a car is less than buying one outright, and they throw in oil changes and tire rotations. Renting a home is less than buying one, and you get...Leave a comment:

yes, iriponsnow and my daughter are actually testing it. It chips kinda easily based on my daugter's testing (cap ski). Not sure how it is holding up for irip so far. we are using the most durable automotive vinyl wrap on the market....Leave a comment:

frorider - I have actually thought a lot about this alot and written business plans to flush in the idea. my main conclusion is that there are better ways to accomplish the same thing... ie, the cost of shipping and the logistics of various binding standards/accumulation of holes in skis make it challenging...👍 1Leave a comment:

After a few days on the Hb122v2 -- I am here to say I really, truly believe it's perfect for my needs as an inbounds soft snow storm day ski. I absolutely loved the v1. It was the most eye-opening and surprising ski of my life. And the v2 does everything better without any tradeoffs that I have noticed....👍 1Leave a comment:

100% with you ZZZ - I’d say at your size, ski preference, and mtn, 186 Am110 is for sure a great call!
(noting, I planning to rename the mid-length size to 186 for next season simply because it is 185.75cm straight tape and it feels more accurate - exact same ski!)Leave a comment:

One additional consideration - I just received a sales tax invoice in the mail from the state of Utah for an international order that included penalties and fees “for failure to self report”. Apparently, the US Customs is now sharing imports that are not classified as "for resale" with...😡 2Leave a comment:

Been spending time on my fl105v2 as well. Absolutely loving them.
It’s like skiing on a dirt bike. When in doubt, give em a little gas, trust the suspension, and rip the inside line. So fun.Leave a comment:

Hi fleaches
so to take a quick to a quick step back, it sounds like you have a great tune for a conventionally cambered ski - detuned at the contact point in the tips, more aggressive bevels in the camber section under foot where there is generally less edge pressure.
For a...👍 1Leave a comment:
