Anybody here ever find themselves in Bismarck, ND
Long shot but figured I'd ask. Gotta bike I'm trying to get from there to Colorado or SLC. Holler if so. -
Spied over the summer, and saved till today:
Yup. That says Stop Honking. I’m crying to the Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald by Gordon Lightfoot.

Everytime you saw something with his name on it you expected to happy up a little reading it. And you almost always did.
You will be missed Bob.
I really hope there is a way for his family to see all this love and realize what he meant here....Leave a comment:

Maybe there is some way to get all this love in front of his family? It would be nice for them to know how much he meant here....Leave a comment:

I've used it. I don't quite like it as much as stan's - I think maybe it gets old in the bottle a little faster. Otherwise it's great. And at that price who cares. Nice PSALeave a comment:

Line Supernatural 92, 186cm, SPX 12 bindings
Line Supernatural 92 in 186cm. Very little use. Great shape. SPX are 2nd mount. I was using them with a 26.5 but adjustment looks like it’ll do 27.5 and probably 28.5 too. First mounts was pivots at unknown but likely 28.5.
Great low tide ripper. And cool color scheme. Plus the... -
Stopped at our local pivot dealer. He tested it by tapping on different parts and thought is sounded more “dead” where the material was missing, which he said was enough of a warning flag that I should talk to the local carbon repair wizard. Interesting. I’m on that step now…Leave a comment:

Its a raceface aeffect R with a raceface 32.
My bike is the exact same frame and the XO crankset isn’t even close to the triangle.
The bike is a total mismash of parts so it could conceivably be a BB that doesn’t play well with the raceface crank.

Rear triangle wear from rubbing chainring. Is it gonna xplode?
Didn’t want to muck up the “ask the experts thread” so here goes:
Bought my kid a used Pivot Switchblade for the holidays. Was a good deal. Couple weeks later I’m pulling it apart to readjust etc and found that the chainring must have the wrong spacers in. Was rubbing its teeth... -
Epic 77 run would not have been the same without her. Hell, most of the 70s. I, for one, welcome the wailing.

Very nice. Props for having the gall to use a drill to set the screws. I always do it by hand. Too chicken....Leave a comment:

80 is more likely to close. 70 is more likely to be really slow. Typically, we drive that stretch all the time that time of year, and it's usually not a huge issue. I'd plan on 80 maybe unless the weather looks bad. (Keep in mind that if there is snow on the ground even a sunny day can close the...Leave a comment:

The Lovely Mrs EWG has the heated Hestra mittens, and it's the best upgrade, after her heated boots, that I ever bought for MY skiing.
Can't recommend enough. Absolutely worth the fiscal pain.Leave a comment:
