I've been using rubber mastic tape on various boots over the years for bellows repair. If you don't think the adhesive will hold (it almost always does), you can add some shoe goo or similar. Be sure to cut the tape to round the corners....

Anyone interested in some old size 28 NTN boots? They have brand new size Scarpa/Intuition liners that have never been baked in them (yeah - kind of a mismatch).The outer bellows have been repaired on the right boot. The liners are worth something so how about $100 plus shipping?...
