Any advice on heat fitting liners? 180 degrees for 10 min and stand on a 2x4 for 10 min? I have done many Intuition Liners, have the kit....

Got my first turns of the year at the Ski Acres opener yesterday. Lower Mt. is low tide and spicy for sure. Good to be making laps finally. Sad as I am to see high pressure, I'm sure its a relief for some of the flooding and will help with the recovery efforts....
