It’s been really mild out in the PNW, and I’m doing my darndest to stay focused on other things.

At least this lackluster fall weather provides good reason to hit the ski conditioning training some more....

Up to 3 full sets in succession, and mixes in well with the standard leg training too. Legs are already feeling stronger after a few weeks of it.
