I think during the sight swap, it defaulted to subscribing to subforum. I just figured out how to turn off:

Re: Edgie-Wedgie...bought them, but never used them with any of my 3 kids. So no experience, but a few guesses:
Edges to sharp? Need a detuning
Not enough strength? Get him running laps or jumping on trampoline
Intentionally doing it? Carpet laps until figured out...

Like others suggest, only consider resorts that include housing with employment. I actually saved money working at Big Sky one winter, thanks to low cost of employee housing and tips.

I don't ski there that often, but Lincoln has some of the best powder or corn skiing at MM in my opinion. Canyon Express is probably one of the busiest lifts and leaves from major base area....

Assuming you would actually want to rebuild, yeah you want a policy that would pay you rebuild cost. If you are ok just covering the mortgage, selling the land and walking away(probably not), go for the lower amount...
