OK thanks for all the tips, especially on which trails are flowy and the trek place. Renting a bike is $100/day so I will have to see how much time I will have. If just one day, I will rent. More than a day I will bring my bike and probably get an Uber XL to bring me to the trails.

Yes this works. Look at truemed to get a bike from Canyon using FSA. You need an LMN: letter of medical necessity. Make sure you are using the equipment as a treatment for a condition, not as a preventative. There is a ton of info about this online.
