Castlerock hike was open this weekend at sugarbush. quite bony on the traverse. the trails over there skied well. the road out, especially around the bottom of the lift, was loose gravel over hardpack in a few spots....
i had fun.

Cannon opened a week early. Natural snow up top had coverage but was punchy with a crust. Not too many folks and great to see familiar faces.
Looked like winter!
