Utica is solidly on the up and coming list. There's a fair bit being invested with assembly and manufacturing facilities being built. I noticed another few hundred miles of road and infrastructure projects for the area in 2026 recently too. The e-bike factory I'm working with has me pretty excited....

This was a rental, there were no hooks or anything to tie stuff down to other than 1 small one 2" from the floor on each side by the back. When there's no way to stop stuff from sliding out the back that's not really an option.
