Day 2 with boots buckled and in ski mode made a difference. I think I can make the Strata my daily ski. Side cut was great on the groomers, the big surface area was great in the trees, handled high speed on and off groomers great. Pretty pleased.
The only thing it doesn't do as well...

I picked up a pair of strata's this year. Took them out this morning for the first ride.
Strata 183, Lengths : 183 cm, Sidecut Radius : 17 m, Tip/Waist/Tail : 163 - 127 - 139, Weight: 2113 g (1 ski) in 183cm
