There has been cops everywhere lately around Summit. Highway 6/9 and I70. State troopers, Sheriff, and local cops. Not sure what their deal is. Slowing people down for start of ski season or something? Hopefully short lived.... -
Non-Carbonate, added electrolytes. So it is like gatorade with booze in it? Sounds healthy!👍 1Leave a comment:

I got these for my 2009 Tundra for pretty cheap on Amazon. Surprisingly good fit. Easy to switch them out. Bulbs, if you want LED, are plug and play, but some turn signals will give you fast blinker if they are the cheap ones.
This is my rec vehicle with a camper on it, so I am not...Leave a comment:

Saw this at the grocery store today. Did not buy. Strange resemblance to a box of Marlboro reds? Alcolo, just premium alcohol. Closer inspection of the box mentioned natural flavoring, but not which flavors. Very Vague. Didn't buy any, the wife was with and she was already not impressed by my...

Not a whole lot of certainty in these predictions lately. In other news, I really like the WUnderground 10 day chart and how it conveys lots of info in a single chart, I just wish their predictions were more accurate....Leave a comment:

Friend of mine works for a large, world-wide company. He is just a peon and hates the job, always talking about quitting, he is on call like 1-2 weekends a month, etc. However, the health insurance and disability coverage is incredible. Yeah, we all knew it was coming, but this shit is so fucked up. I think back to times in my life where I paid less than that per month for a roof over my head and food. Really makes me want to retire to another country sooner than later. My neighbor just moved to Portugal....Leave a comment:

My health insurance going up from $621 to $880 per month and the deductible going up $1k. I only got a physical this year and I still owed money for the blood test. WTAF is going on here?!!?...Leave a comment:

What did you get? If I just had one vehicle, with reasonable size tires, I'd probably do the annual switch to winters. But I have 6, so that would be expensive. Plus I trust my AT tires in snow plenty on my truck and SUV. The other vehicles just rock the snow tires year round....Leave a comment:

It is kinda messed up how expensive trucks have gotten while at the same time becoming more unreliable. DEF, engines, tranny's, etc. I've heard it all from people with this new post covid generation of trucks. Lots of electrical issues too.
I plugged my scan tool into a $100k+ F350...Leave a comment:
