Whatever, I'm diving in even deeper, taking out ~$1M for a commercial property soon. Buy, borrow, die. haha... -
That's cool and all, but I'd rather keep my money growing in other investments. But to each their own. As long as you are happy, and make Dave Ramsey proud. haha
But to clarify, I was joking about refi to 50y. Fuck that. Plus I am also sitting pretty at 2.4 APR and a house I plan to stay...Leave a comment:

Blew out my 4wd in the Tundra trying to get into a tight, uphill spot for camping down by CB. Didn't think about it an shifted into 4wd while on an uphill with a tight turn at the top. Heard loud banging and 4wd stopped working.
First mechanic replaced the actuator then gave up on it,...Leave a comment:

That wasn't directed at you anyways. But yeah, if I was VR or any other retailer, I'd be puling out of the T-ride base area. Not making excuses for the rich guy, just saying that there's a good chance that the slightly less wealthy Tride town government folks such pretty hard as well and maybe all...Leave a comment:

Last few weeks on the West slope have been pretty awesome weather wise. Road some mellow laps at 18 rd yesterday. That paved road sure makes it easy to lap it up if you are feeling lazy. Geeze! PBR/PBJ are fun as hell, jumps could use a little work though, getting a little worn down.

Did you make it up to the volcano? I've been seeing some pretty amazing Lava flows lately and was thinking about going there in the spring to check them out. Definitely a bucket list thing for me....Leave a comment:

I don't know if I would say that the town is totally innocent, just from reading that Blevins article. Sure, the guy sound like a rich asshole, but the town seems to be coming at him for money from every angle they can find. The ski area is a pretty big draw for tourism and contributes in that way...Leave a comment:

I just imagine Al arguing with his new IKON overlord in some fancy dark Aspen boardroom with a 50' mahogany table and the fat cat CEO slamming his fist on table with a proclamation that the new snowstake will have measurements on it and glow in the fucking dark or he will be shipped off to YUNDING SNOW...Leave a comment:

Same, but I am kinda excited for the Copper WROD this year though since I have my first IKON pass. Not sure if my legs can handle such a long WROD though!
I'll probably make some midweeks turns though just to check out my gear and stuff though. Got some foot issues that might require...Leave a comment:

Argentine pass in the background. Yeah, not much snow yet, and that's ok with me. But looks like great night time snowmaking weather starting tomorrow for the 10 day. Headed to the desert and maybe I'll be able to make some turns when I get back in a few weeks.
