We have a couple of cheaper ones from Amazon. I don't doubt the Ruggable ones are nicer, but seeing as part of the use case is absorbing dog piss, I couldn't justify spending more than I needed to....

I doubt we have enough assisted living spots for that to be true, and I'm skeptical that it will be "nearly all" given how many seniors seem to be doing just fine not in assisted living older than they used to.

As to how many are going to the up unable to keep up with maintenance...

Torque Pro was the answer last time I checked, and I've used it successfully in the past. I haven't tried recently because I use brand-specific software for my current rig....
