wtf... just found this - I didn't even know he was in danger.

As someone said above, he was always the de-esculator when opinions clashed. In general, his perspective always made me stop and take them in.

For some reason, I can't remember now, MS and I started swapping, PM's....

Magnesium has been a staple for about a year now. My Squeeze soaks her feet in a Mg dilution once a week, and there's a pump bottle she has me spraying on my legs after I get out of the shower, apparently to alleviate cramping.

I have no idea what type of magnesium i'm using, though....

This also works when suffering generic physical recovery discomfort. Like, I really pushed it hard yesterday, and I got up this morning, and everything all over aches.

I was told never to do it more than two or three days in a row, or it becomes ineffective, so I never have - ymmv

This is as far as I got before dropping my two cents TL;DR.
