The best burger is the simplest.
I use lean ground beef. Nothing fancy, just straight from the store. Portion into whatever size balls you want, but the less you handle them the better.
Flat top grill, press, and then season. Could be S&P, could be whatever blend you like....

I'm going to 2nd(3rd?) Matt at Seattle Ski Services.
I worked with him a lifetime ago, and recently reached out to him for a friend. He couldn't help her, but he was willing to have a phone conversation with her to explain what she could expect from her new boots and the fitting process.
