I've got a detached 25x25 and can't imagine not parking cars in it. I normally have two in the garage, two in the driveway, and one on the street. I've done an Impreza (top access) and a Forester XT (bottom access). Not too bad of a job, be sure you have the right o-rings and gasket. It helps if you can get it up in the air so you're not bending down so much, and you can run it through the gears to get the fluid level/temp right....
