Newbie Posts not making it through moderator?

I changed my email, and also picked a new name. First post went through fine onto tech talk, now my posts aren't showing up. Apparently they need moderator approval? Maybe mods ran into a good stash this weekend and haven't been online in a bit?

If I remember correctly, when I had a new account I would get that error when quoting people. My supposition is that the quote technically links to the previous comment.

Permissions for new accounts get granted gradually as post count goes up. No idea what the landmarks are though

Tried to say this on mobile (tapatalk) but every time I tried to post a replay it gave the "new posts are limited by urls and forbidden words" error, wasn't quoting anybody or sending alink or anything
