This. And the dismissive attitude towards your clients like they’re morons is just poor form.

Welcome back Alex. Feels like it’s been a minute.

Just had an intense single strike of lightning and a thunder that could challenge any from Singapore. Damn. And about a cm of hail. The cell that just passed through was legit. Almost calm out there right now, just five minutes later.

LOL That was my mantra today. I chose poorly and ended up with sloppy seconds and thirds on Gunbarrel with all the other punters. That said, it was pretty good skiing. I bet the first lap on GB was pretty excellent.

I'm not confident enough in Stagecoach opening early enough for me to get any pre-work laps tomorrow.

Did you pay on credit card for that yurt trip - if so dispute the charge.

There are a million things we could change, or consider, so we should be able to create a hundred page plus thread on this topic. I think they still teach grammar in these schools. And you can easily use the internet to learn how to change a tire. Trade programs were excellent when they existed. A lot schools no longer have the arts, civics, or PE. Its too bad. Schools had way better funding in the 70s.

            So........

What's happening up there? Looks like its still storming.

Been quite a nice day here in SC. A few bouts of rain, but plenty of time to go for a coastal ride. Really wish I was up at the cabin, going out very few hours to keep the path in good shape. Someone is renting this weekend, and no one has been up since President's Day. That is going to be fun dig out.
Thread was starting to give off hateful eight cabin during the blizzard vibes...

Wind forecasts for tomorrow still look pretty high - looking at Mt Rose specifically. Wondering if they actually will be able to open.

Roads are a mess, parking is spicy, shoveling is constant, but its low density right side up pow out there.

Another 8-10" since 10pm when I blew snow last. The roads are SPICY. This mix of warm/cold /warm has created a heck of an ice layer. Chained up, I went sliding down my driveway last night.

Power is back!! That was nice to get home to.

This storm took us from zero to hero, for sure.

Happiness is a open resort, plowed driveway, plowed road, and a foot plus on the car since last night. Thanks snow removal crews!

Homewood pulled the plug, not that they were gonna open anything skiable with this much snow. It'll be interesting to see if Palisades can get anything open by noon
