hi

i bought an acre 10 min from the mouth of lamoille canyon

no covenants. i'm thinking a couple of styled out campers, a nice outhouse, starlink,.

available to people on here. park and ski, use the campers etc.

prob for 10 grand and some time i could do the campers and outhouse setup.

just a thought. would be a community driven, pay for upkeep group effort type thing.

Would you have hookups or just a park yourself sort of deal if one wanted to? Or you'll have the typical camper on blocks not permanent but sort of permanent accommodations one sees a lot of in northern Nevada? I'd be into checking it out either way.

no hookups. old campers redone on in the inside, bring water, some solar to power internet a few lights

propane and wood heat,

a well, power and septic would be over a hundred grand. this is sagebrush wasteland.

crowd fund 10 grand, i and whoever do the labor. set up and insure a holding company so if some idiot dies or gets mangled i/we are not personally liable.

i’m interested in this project I was up in that canyon in April 2018 in a class c. as I remember it there were some slide debris some like 25 feet tall on the road (ok mayb 10’ idk) also a bunch of locals parked on the sides of the road tailgating. I thought all those avalanche printed sign things up in the canyon were kind of interesting too, where be this acre of ground?
