So, is it 10 random people total or just 10 from your group (are they gonna sell tix to other parties so that you will be in a room with people other than your family)?
    - It’s 10 by my invite. That’s why I’m kind of struggling, if I bring the 14-year-olds I don’t really want to show Lebowski. (Or maybe I do?)

Can you pick any film or do they have a specific list to choose from?
    - Any movie. I just have to give them a 2 to 3 day notice.

Our local cinema removed 70 seats so now they only have 30 seats. But they recently sent out an email showing the new layout and the 30 seats they now have are all grouped together in bunches of 5, which is confusing to me, the single person moviegoer. Like will they make me sit next to a group of folks I don't know if they sell out? Not sure how that works or why they grouped the seats like that.
    I answered in your quote.

In Washington, maximum group at a restaurant is five so that’s probably why they have the five grouping. If a group of eight comes, most restaurants try to put the five next to the three for example.

          Right on.

Of the films you originally listed, I'd go with Lebowski, fwiw...

Hmmm... Maybe “Groove Requiem” or “Blizzard of Aaaaahhhhss”

Maybe an old classic like “Some like it hot” or “Singing in the rain” or “North by Northwest”

Well, I am gonna wager that we can write off the rest of 2020 in regards to seeing any new blockbusters in the theaters...

Tenet has been removed from the summer (and 2020) release schedule

NooooooooooOOOOooooooo!!!! Understandable but still disappointing nevertheless. Been looking forward to that one. The worst thing about waiting too long is that all the hype and over-extended anticipation may just lead to disappointed critics and movie-goers. Even if it actually is pretty good. You know how it goes. Remember Jupiter Ascending? Had it come out pre-Matrix or without the major delays it had, I think it would have been received WAAAAYYYY better. I finally got around to seeing it myself and actually really enjoyed it a lot, but I can completely understand why people weren't so thrilled at the time it came out. Hope Tenet doesn't suffer the same fate.

I dunno ....... re-watched JA just because I thought it couldn't be as bad as I thought the first time around, didn't see any improvement.
