Gonna be hard to top that one. I saw them about a week before it came out and they played a significant portion of it (before I had heard any of the songs). Absolutely blew me away.

I'm a big fan and have been for a while. DBT too.

        Anybody catch this?

Jason Isbell and Amanda Shires made a virtual connection with fans during a 'Reunions' album release show in Nashville.

I love TBT. I agree 100% with this. AB is a great record. "The Unraveling" feels like they knew that and tried to do it again.

I like Jason and I think he's a great songwriter, but I don't find myself clicking on him as much as I used to. I'll give the new one a listen.

Jason and Amanda sent their CMA cards back in protest of Prime and others not being acknowledged at this years awards.

Jason said if GA went blue, he was going to do an album of GA themed covers for charity.
This is the good stuff we need more of in this world.

The right thread the right time.

Hayes Carll? He has been around quite a while but I just picked up on him last year.
I have been in this State for 30 years and I am willing to admit that I am part of the problem.

Singer-songwriters Isbell and Shires were dumbfounded that Wednesday's CMA Awards didn't honor John Prine or Billie Joe Shaver, or promote mask-wearing.

                            Thanks P
gave me goosebumps once they got to cant you hear me knockin. Sadler, Jason and the band can tear up almost any cover. Their Whipping post at the Beacon after Allman died was hairraising. Was gonna skip this tour ( if ya count his time with the Truckers prolly seen him 30+ times) but looks like I am headed into the city on the 24th now.

HIss Golden Messenger tonight! stoked for a sick birthday month of shows.

So I looked at Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit's site to see if they were coming around and they had tickets for this festival next August on Martha's Vineyard, pretty sick line-up with more to be added, Jason Isbell, Wilco, Beck, Billy Strings and a bunch more.

GA tickets for the weekend available for $225., you'd need a hotel room or find a place to camp but getting there is easy by ferry. Plus I live like 10 miles from the ferry terminal and could help out if needed. I bought tickets just now. Check it out. https://www.beachroadweekend.com
