anyone ever skied on a 100% straight ski? I've skied a lot of reverse camber and sidecut skis, and most combos of all that, but wondering how a 100% straight, 100% flat ski would do?
I've always thought if you took a straight ski like you describe, but gradually increased the spoonage towards the top and tail, it could be kinda fun.
Home Despot lumber might be already spooned for you
Ya, and rockered. Maybe some sidecut too if you search for some aggressively crowned boards, reverse on one side and regular on the other. Could be a game changer.
I had that same idea while I was sitting on a chairlift today. An infinity radius ski. It would be interesting. But it would be better with rocker and convex base, not flat. Also, 110 is too narrow, jong.
