    Possible issue with Atomic Tracker

Ive been out touring on the trackers 5 times now, and I've skied the resort once. The little metal pieces that seem to hold the heel piece to the toe piece are coming out. One of the pins(more like flat aluminum that has been rolled into a tubular shape) is still flush inside the plastic, the other three are protruding up to 1mm or so. This is happening on both bindings. Is there a way to safely put them back in without cracking the plastic housing?

Not sure if/how they'll go back in but that looks like a warranty issue to me. It would suck for that part to fail on a tour

does anyone have a direct email address for the atomic warranty department? It isn't listed on their website as far as i can tell.

Go to the place you purchased it from. They will handle it most likely

You need to go to the shop you bought them from or to an authorized Atomic dealer (with your receipt) and have the shop orchestrate the warranty/repair process.

I used some channel locks and pressed the "pins" back into place, and put some epoxy in as well. Hopefully that will fix the problem.
