Replacing Griffon Demo Bindings with Barons/Dukes?

As the title suggests, will I have any issues removing Marker Griffon Demo bindings and replacing them with Barons or Dukes? (Or getting a shop to do it).

From what I've read, it shouldn't be bad...but I wasn't able to find a hole pattern for the demo bindings so maybe there's something I don't know. Thanks for not reaming me too hard :-p

Completely different hole pattern. It has to be re-drilled.

Take it to your local shop. They should be able to remount the skis for less than $40. Don't forget to bring a boot.

I believe there is a slight issue with using boot sole again. You might have to move the mount forward or backwards. Last one I saw was .5cm back just for piece of mind for the holes being too close.

I just swapped out marker jesters fors barons and yes the hole pattern is slightly different. The jester holes are almost a fill screw width narrower, two of the front holes lined up. I only reused them since I had my jesters mounted to be used more like the the schizio, so the heel plate was not the proper distance back fron the toe plate. I was also able to resue those two holes because that was where I wanted to be mounted on the skis.

Most binding companies make their different model's hole patterns to not conflict with one another.
          Marker is no exception.
For the same size boot, there should be no reusing holes or any conflicts at all.

I just mounted a few pairs like this at the start of the season. The gryffon, and jester binders have the same hole patterns. The duke and the baron are similar. Your gonna have to go forward or back a lil. You can't reuse the old holes. If you do this with some help. On the duke/baron jig. The black holes are for the duke. The silver holes are for the baron. I had to mount the heel piece twice on one ski.

The Duke and Baron (and Tour) are all the SAME hole pattern. The color difference is the SIZE difference (sm/lrg), not a model difference!
