I tried them at a Demo Day at Snowbasin. Skied groomers & some crud. They rock! I will have a pair next year. I have the EHP & praxis Pow. The Renegade seems to be the ski that brings the benefits of both skis into one ski. They handled the groomers with ease, they actually have a tighter radius than the EHP. The continuous rocker will kill it in pow. It's not too wide, what I mean by that is, I had some Donner partys, & the width killed my knees. I loved it, I am going to set up a pair for AT, b/c it skis all conditions very well. Hope this helps. I can't remember the dimensions. 4frnt told me that they will have a full production run. The ones I skied where still prototype(wood side walls) they were made in SLC, the production version will be made at Elan

Don't suppose either of them are a ~295 to 301 BSL?

Yep. He lives in Canmore. PM me if you want some details.

And I am pretty sure this is the one 4FRNT not made by Elan. There is a rumor going around that the Boomerang and this are the same ski.

            Not even fucking close.

Top of my list as well. I think I'm going to dump my night trains and praxis pows and have these fill those slots. I am still kicking myself for selling my EHPs.

yeah i remember hearing something about eric having a hand in making every pair, thus not made by elan. also think the wooden sidewalls are staying for production, or so i think i heard at some point.

Need to purchase straight from 4frnt- That is the rumor that I heard... limited production run of #? pairs with Eric having a hand in the production of each one.

No first hand knowledge- just reading intently on ze interwebz about them for the last month or so has brought this info to my attention, so take it for what its worth. Just got EHP's and love the shape/ hand flex/ look of them- soooooo sexy.

I heard the same rumor about the Boomerang; I've seen the dims and they are definitely not the same ski.

I thought the rumour about the boomerang was just that eric had advised them on the mounting point of the skis.

Renegade will be wood sidewalls with 150-200 production pairs. Built at 4FRNT HQ in Utah. Eric will sign every core and will probably help make most of them.

4FRNT is trying this "White Room" project. Building skis in small batches at HQ where they now have capabilities. The Renegade is the first of hopefully many.

                              ^^^ 134-122-130, 186 length, 35 m radius.

here's a video where Eric gives the specs, etc.:
