You’re on the cusp. Small does fit 25.5 and smaller. May be worth shooting 22D an email to confirm. Scarpa is the only weirdos that break on the half. I think you’d be fine at a 25.0/25.5 shell.

You’re looking at ~$50 to swap to large heel tubes which isn’t awful given the generosity Chicken Feathers is laying on the world.

Edit ^^ is wrong. You can’t make a large from a small with just swapping heel tubes. Spoke too soon. My mistake. It does sound like smalls will work for a 25.5/26.0 Scarpa shell but that’s likely the max. Per FAQs on 22D’s site.

As the Axl's were claimed first, the Vice's are now missing one heel throw. Dunno how much 22designs charges for those, but replacements are readily available.
