Hows the or down fit for size? I'm usually a medium in the looser fitting brands, but I'm not sure how OR fits..

I would say regular. I'm 6'2" 195 and it is short in the arms and body for me. Body width ok. I can fit in large in some brands that have longer arm lengths: Norrona, some Arcteryx and some Patagonia. Hope that helps.

It does. Sort of, because it makes my decision harder.. Sounds like I could make it work but it might be too loose around the torso.. I'm usually a medium in arc and Patagonia unless I want some room underneath. I'm 5'9" 175ish
