My buddy's 8 year old needs some skis and bindings. She a beginner (but a seriously bad ass rock climber- I bet a bit more ski would be fine). 4'9" 80 lbs.

What length. 130? 140?

What I am looking for:
Widish (>= 80mm) waisted wood core ski in the 130-145 length range. Would love to find a Moment Carson or similar. Would consider a Volkl Mantra Jr. And for the super longshot I am looking for a minimal Dynafit (or other tech) binding to cobble together a light kids touring setup.

Kids skis, all used by minimum 2 kids, but nothing more than light base scratches. Need wax on these dry bases! Skis are in Sammamish, WA.

Rossignol Sassy 7 104cm 106-74-98 with Look KidX .75-4.5. Great shape, skis were terribly concave at shovels when new. Ground to flat 1” or so from each edge, but still a bit concave in center of shovel.

Roxy (I think dynastar made these) 90cm 98-66-86 with Salomon 305 .75-4.5. Eternal hand me downs so lots of use but functional.

Rossignol Princess 80cm 95-75-83 with .5-2.5 bindings. These actually have 2 mounts since even though I knew better I had REI mount these and they mounted too large. So if your little has a big foot, you could move the bindings to a larger mount.
