Psyched for Georgetown-Maryland tomorrow, I have rooting interests in both teams so Im torn but its already a classic Final 4 with Cuse and Cornell. Didnt see the games today but looks like it was fun to watch. I thought Cuse was done after the first half last week but they made a believer out of me in that second half.

Haha! Chucks! I spent many a night there getting plastered.
I’ve caught a lot of Syracuse and Cornell games this spring. Cuse is super fun to watch, although if I was a fan it would be somewhat excruciating. They’re putting it together at the right time. They could go all the way. So fun to watch a loose, creative, and physical team roll.
Unfortunately, Cornell is in serious trouble if their goalie doesn’t show up next game. He’s never great, but can make saves at times. He was actually strong against Syracuse this year. But you’re not going to win a championship if every shot allowed is a goal. If Knut can just come up with a couple more saves… He’s the weakest link for sure, but this game was incredibly bad for him. I’m sure they’re considering a change in net if his head is jumbled after this one.
Glad SU is back. Those late eighties games were a blast. Wasn’t into lacrosse at first but tix were five bucks and my roommate managed one of the concession stands. He’d load us up with cups of dome foam and armloads of hot dogs for free and we’d watch the games. Gait brothers were awesome. Got trashed with Paul on my twenty first birthday, friend of a friend. Have to remember to watch next week, looks cold and wet here in the NE so I may be home.

Haha that’s awesome.
For me it was the early 90s and the Powell brothers. So many amazing games. Went to seem them win a few championships, including vs Maryland in College Park.
My friend shared a house with a few of them…they could fucking party.
