I’m sure it’s mostly me because I’m a homer but I honestly am excited to see what Payton does with this. I think it might be a year or 2 but it feels like he has a plan and a direction as compared to the Hackett circus of love. Hell the fact re-did the entire scheme to win games with a Russ led team while Russ obviously has the yips was pretty impressive I thought.
