He might have been a huge cheater but i appreciate Eric Gagne as well. What can you say, he was a product of the time just as much as Clemens or Bonds. So I was at Fenway last night for a group work thing & the 2018 banner got me telling people where I was for game one of that awesome series & just how good that 2018 team was. They dominated all season and crushed really good Yankees. Astros & Dodgers teams.
That got me talking about how good the 2018 Dodgers were & they weren't as good as they were in 2017.
Which if course leads to the reason everyone knows that the 2017 Dodgers didn't win the world series that year & has never really been addressed.Comment

That is truly special. Happy for you both that you got that.
My Dad and I went to the ‘95 and ‘97 World Series together, were a part of countless games during the 455 straight sellout streak, but never saw a Championship Pennant hung. I’ll always hate that. I was there in 2016 when the Tribe lost the Series in Game 7 and I hope to be there with my son when they do win it all.
I’ll be thinking of my Dad the entire time of course and wishing he was there to celebrate with us.I still call it The Jake.Comment
