The otters and seal weren't actually in the yard, they were a 30 second walk away. The otters do cruise by occasionally but they prefer to be closer to the water.Comment

OMG, you're from Westchester too? So sorry. GTFO as soon as you can. It did wonders for me.I lived in Minnesota two years, been to North Dakota, Wisconsin, Vermont, Maine, Colorado, Utah, Wyoming... Ontario, Quebec...you name it.
All I wanted was to see a moose.
It doesn't have to be a dominant male moose.
Just any moose (female, baby) would do.
But all I got to see was a red fox near Breckenridge downtown.
Can't a girl just see a moose???!!!
Now I have a moose head driver cover.
Moose became my spirit animal.

LOL!
It's not THAT terrible.
I live in New Rochelle right by the water.
Our co-op has a private beach which comes very handy every Summer.
I would love to move to Colorado, but my boyfriend's job's tying us down here.
Any change happens to his job, we are packing and heading out.
I think both my job (day and freelance) will keep me anywhere I go.
I might be the breadwinner for a while until he finds what he wants to do outside the city.Comment
