Constellation brands is from my hometown...look them up up if you don't already know. The son that took over after the old man died has grown them to a level beyond comprehension. They've made huge investments into the infused beverage market

Congrats to Vermont for going legal!
Definitly a minimalist approach to legalization, and it'll be intresting to see how this plays out
So, what's the general TGR consensus for a small plant operation? I'm looking to stick to the laws of 2 matures and 4 immature (seems reasonable; how many Oz do I need?)
So far I've got 3 starters outside in pots and need to transplant to bigger ones.
I'm also Looking to start some clones with a aero garden I have lying around.
I'm leaning towards a Couple hobbiest size tents 48x4/36x36 yield lab looks legit and affordable. https://growace.com/yield-lab-48x48x...gaAvarEALw_wcB
I'm intrigued by advancements and economy a LED. What size wattage do I need for a 2-4plant canopy? I'm Thinking 450-600. Is Any additional lighting, like a small quantum FS white light advised?

TIA for any adviseOriginally posted by HohesI couldn't give a fuck, but today I am procrastinating so TGR is my filler.Originally posted by skifishbumfaceshots are a powerful currency

@MPPG - several things...
Disclaimer -I work for these guys https://smartgrow.systems/vertical-farm-systems/. I use their lights. I also only grow Sativas now, and trade for all the indica I need.
First - some planning
- do you want to keep moms/clones as well as bring plants to harvest? That means two tents, lights, etc. Plant count also gets tricky - do clones become an “immature plant” as soon as you slice them off the mom?
- how many rotations do you want to run? Fewer rotations = bigger plants and higher consequences of fuckup, more rotations = more yield and diversity over time.
Second, I agree that you need 500w LED to flower and 100w for mom/clone. Be careful about advertised wattage though - that light you linked is only 200W. It theoretically puts out the same photonic energy as a 450w HPS.
I grow three flowering plants in dirt in a 24x48 tent using a 500w wide-spectrum light. A three week veg cycle, then 11-14 week flower (strain dependent) cycle will fill the area by harvest. I keep the light about six inches above the canopy.
I Get about 1.5lb per rotation this way - again strain dependent. Durban Poison(my daytime fav) yields 2lb, last Cinderella crop was 1.6lb, last Bubble Gum crop was 1.25. Could yield way more with a sour diesel.
I do three crops a year this way - my garage isn’t heated so Xmas-Prez Day is down. I could get another rotation growing 8wk indicas, but I trade for that. 4-5 lbs per year is way more than I can consume, and the legal possession limit is 8oz here.
I have a bunch of friends (and customers) that keep a nice selection of moms for cloning, so I don’t need a separate mom/clone operation.Comment

10 x 10 tent running 4 1ks of mixed spectrum. I was able to pull a good amount out of this "hobby" setup.
3 gal smart pots with Coco.

My trip through Eastern OR
There are three places to purchase baking goods in Baker County.
Two are in Sumpter, pop 205, the other in Huntington on the ID border.
Proprietor of Nugget walks around strapped, 'cause Second Amendment I guess.
Got some decarbed erl and some bubble hash. The erl is great in coffee (thanks for the tip C)

That place in Huntington scares me, not the place itself, but the reputation it has for having Idaho State Patrol parked there in an unmarked car and busting Idahoans as they drive back over the Snake River. The place that used to be in Ontario, Oregon, the Red Eye Hut also had that reputation. Funny enough that the REH also used to be in Boise, but they only sold "tobacco smoking only" items. There are three places to purchase baking goods in Baker County.

Yeah, I've never quite understood why Baker City itself doesn't have a dispensary, I mean all the old store front in downtown Baker would be a great place to put one, but alas, all of us cannabis consumers are relegated to back lot store fronts and "hidden" locations out of the public view. Meanwhile we can have all the bars we want with Coors or Budweiser proudly displayed in neon.Comment
