That was a good price for those. Still out of my price range, but great price.

For those of you running these cranks, Cane Creek recommends using a set of enduro press fit (bb41) bearings that have a lip on them.
(They cost $124.00 retail).

They fit perfectly, are precisely fit, and smooth as silk.
I’m going to pack them with a bit more grease, I’ll let you know how they hold up this summer!

Well, that’s a nice sentiment, but there are hundreds of thousands of bikes out there with press fit (which I personally and as a mechanic) have never really had a problem with.
But yeah, I get your point.
