If you are on a group ride, and you stop, clear the trail. If the stop is at an intersection, don’t block all the other trails. I know it’s uptight, but I don’t want to talk to you. I have kids I need to pick up and am riding to keep me from killing someone with my overwhelmingly uptightness.

Yeah, I get this all the time. Once i passed a guy on the down, (hiking), I was slow jogging, and the guy said something derogatory like i was supposed to go slow or his pace or i don't even know what the actual fuck. Its the weirdest thing, to me, that people whether in cars, walking, shopping, hiking, etc. hate being passed. I guess I'm supposed to follow them all the way to their house.
