I saw your picture from the San Diego backcountry and was wondering if you could point me to a few good rides in the Santa Barbara area. I'm coming out form Santa Fe to visit my friend for the "Turkey Smackdown" and bringing my bike.

I just want to get out and do a few longish loops. I guess like most people, I'm searching for the mythical "fast and flowy" singletrack, but really any interesting ride would do.

I'm not sure how far apart SB and SD are, but I think they are pretty close.
