I still have the platform in use, I like it as bed organizer, and to add weight during the winter for traction. As for the vertical supports, I would suggest that they fall into the bed grooves (mine actually don't, poor measuring I guess). So then you just measure from the base of the grooves in the bed to the bottom of the lip that runs around the bed. That way the platform is supported by the wheel-well, the lip and the vertical supports. Goodluck.

I was looking at your thread from a couple years ago about the platform you built in the bed of your truck. I really like your design...I was wondering if you still have it in use? And if so, what is the height measurements of your vertical supports? thanks
