I am not realy sure how to do this.

Anyway I been skiing for years and just bought some 90mm wide K2 Launchers. I need to fit bindings to them and most dont seem to have wide enough brakes. I saw you post back in 2005 feb you said

"Excellent. I had a play around and i now get it .

here are some photos to help the next person.

from the above position, pull the arm up while holding the opposite one, it should come out from between the housing and the metal base plate ......

... then pull the arm towards the other one while wiggling it up and down .....

... and it should now pop out nice and easily ..... etc"


But i couldnt see the photos.

Any way to see the photos.

Also whilst i am at it. I was given a pair of salomon s700's with the skis.

Any idea if the brake trick works with them.

Any idea if the bindings are worth it (dont want fit them unless the bindings are worth it)?

Any response would be great.
